Helping your teens achieve their goals inside and outside the gym
Our Teen Athletic program is focused on unlocking their true potential and building confidence for the rest of their lives. The program develops explosive power, strength, speed, agility, endurance, and coordination.
The program will help athletes become more competitive in their respective sport while teaching proper form in both functional movements and weightlifting. This is not exclusive to students who play sports, but it also provides a fun and challenging workout for those who want to be more active. We are confident your teen will reach the next level and have fun while doing it.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Group classes are 60 minutes and will consist of:
– Warm Up: Structured warm-up will activate the specific muscle group used during class.
– Strength: Focused on developing explosive power and pure strength.
– Conditioning: Focused on speed, agility, endurance and coordination.
– Cool Down: Stretch and recover.
For athletes 13 – 17 years old.
