BUILD STRENGTH FOR THE TASK AHEAD
OBiiKE’s Fitness sessions are purposely segmented to allow each individual the opportunity to build strength, develop endurance, and increase mobility. This allows our athletes to get healthy and grow strong across a wide variety of functional movements and intensity levels.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics. Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or experienced athlete. This is the reason our program is effective for military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads and grandparents alike.
All of our sessions are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression:
A certified fitness coach will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during each workout.
